Refunds

If you have purchased your product from Campus eBookstore (as shown on your receipt), a refund request may be submitted to the publisher for approval. Please note however, it is their discretion whether a refund will be granted. As indicated at the time of purchase, items are typically nonrefundable.

If a refund is granted, be aware that it may take several  days for the process to be completed and the funds credited back to your method of payment.  If you need assistance, send us your order details.
