BibliU Login Troubleshooting

Be certain to sign in using the username and password that you originally used to create your CampuseBookstore account. (Perhaps try using a private or incognito browser window as well.)

If you are using a mobile device, use the BibliU app - download the app here:

1. Download for iOS
2. Download for Android

If prompted, choose Campus eBookstore (CEI) from the drop down.

1. Select CEI Campus eBookstore and click on the Next button

   

2. This will direct you to CEI authentication. Enter your CEI user credentials using the ID {original email used at purchase} and CEI password {created at the time of your original purchase}. 

If you are still having issues after following all of these steps email us. When you do, please provide a screenshot, or a full description of what you are experiencing, so that we can see what error you are getting and we can assist further.
