Credit Card Pending

Sorry that you are experiencing a problem with your credit card transaction. It may be an issue with the postal code/zip code entered not matching what is on file with the card issuer (called an address mismatch).

To resolve this, double check that the address you have given us matches your credit card.

Verify your postal code with the official post office website, and not google. Or contact your card issuer to confirm the postal code/zip code they have in their records.

Our system charges the card, then reverses the transaction as soon as the system recognizes an address mismatch. This sometimes results in a pending charge for the cardholder. So you may see "pending" or "authorized" charges - known as holding of the funds.

Reversals may take several business days as they are subject to processing times at your financial institution. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
