If you purchased a product from Campus eBookstore, a refund request may be made with the publisher. The publisher will then need to grant approval. It is their discretion as to whether a refund will be granted. As indicated at the time of purchase, items are typically nonrefundable.

If a refund is granted, it typically takes a few days for the process to be completed and the funds credited back to your method of payment.
