Illegible Text - BibliU

To ensure the legibility of your BibliU eBook file, we recommend that you take the following steps:


1) Sign out of BibliU on all devices where it is open

(click the cogwheel in the top right-hand corner and select 'Sign out)

2) Clear the browser cache files and cookies

3) Close and re-open the browser (as an update has been made)

4) Sign back into BibliU at: http://bibliu.com/users/saml/samlCEI

(perhaps in a private or incognito browser window)

5) Or, if using a mobile device, open the BibliU app


If prompted choose Campus eBookstore (CEI) from the drop down. Next, enter your CEI user credentials using the ID {original email used at purchase} and CEI password {created at the time of your original purchase}. 


Chrome

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click the three vertical dots .
  3. Click More tools, then Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Ensure the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files are checked.
  6. Click Clear data.

Firefox

  1. Click the menu button and select Options, then Preferences.
  2. Select the Privacy & Security panel.
  3. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data.
  4. Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data.
  5. With Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button.
  6. Close the about:preferences page.

Other browsers

If you use Safari or another browser, check its support site for instructions.
